Returns/Exchange

To start the refund or exchange process email us at contact@akkabee.co.uk with your order number and the items you would like to Return/Exchange.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days if 30 days have lapsed since your purchase unfortunately we cannot refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, it must also be in the same packaging .

Returns postage is not provided.It is the customers responsibility to buy returns/exchange postage.
